We will be starting with oysters and antipasti, served with two crisp white wines from Paul Mathew. For our main, a delectable duck entrée pairs with two Paul Mathew Pinot Noirs. Join us for this special afternoon   Pressed flower class with Jan Lochner. Jan is a local ( almost Graton ) resident, who will show us how to choose floral elements, how to use them in a simple, yet effective design, and of course how to properly glue them down to create a wonderful, one of a kind card that is great for any occasion. Celebrating the recipes of a SF favorite Chef and creator of The Slanted Door. The fabulous Restaurant that started in 1994 serving Vietnamese street inspired food at the next level. To say we are huge fans is not enough. Slanted Door opened it’s doors at 584 Valencia St in San Francisco in 1994 on Black Friday with 10 dishes. Moving to the Ferry Building with 2oo+ seat was hard to get a table. This celebrated Chef will be sadly missed Mat uses the Slanted Door cook book to create a multi course dinner pairing with PMV wines. $130 per person. RSVP required
