Mushroom Dinner - March 2nd, 2024 - 5:30 pm
MUSHROOMS! We start foraging in late November depending on the rainfall. 2023 ended with a magical mushroom season, Mat was picking literally pounds of black trumpets, chanterelles and hedgehogs. All of our favourites to eat. We wish we could take you all out foraging like the old days but that's just not feasible anymore, dinner is the next option 5 course mushroom ( think Risotto, Steak au poivre with mushrooms, Mushroom Toast.
