The TNT 2 acre vineyard was planted in 1999 and 2000 with clones 114, 115, 667 and 777 on Riparia Gloire rootstock with Goldridge soil.
This vineyard is on a south-facing slight slope in between the towns of Sebastopol & Occidental in the Green Valley sub region of Russian River.
TNT vineyard grapes were hand picked September 5th hand sorted then destemmed in to tank.
The must was cold soaked for seven days and then allowed to warm up and start fermentation.
Punched down consisted of three times daily until September 12th during fermentation until the wine was dry.
Then the wine was pressed off into barrel and was allowed to go through Malolactic fermentation.
It was then lightly sulphured and aged on the lees for ten months.
The wine was carefully racked and bottled unfiltered.
Bright red fruits of cherry, pomegranate and red currant characters start the senses and continue offering a nice acidity along red fruits to the well-balanced wine.
